Admissions

Step 1

Presenting Your Child's Journey

The initial step in our admissions process is for you to complete a Student Interest Form that offers insight into your child's journey. This is a chance for you to share information with us, as we are keenly interested in understanding your child's unique path, including the gifts and strengths the Lord has bestowed upon them, their spirit and character, their ability to walk in fellowship with others, and any academic struggles or previous professional guidance (diagnoses, evaluations, IEP, or 504 plans) they have received.

  • We kindly ask that you fill out and submit the Student Interest Form below.

  • Please attach any existing records of guidance or evaluations that you feel would help us better understand your child’s unique needs.

Step 2

Meet Program Directors & Academic Evaluation

After prayerfully reviewing your Student Interest Form to determine if our educational community can faithfully serve and support your child’s unique needs; we will contact you to set up a time to meet with the Program Directors, Jennifer Keller and Amanda Scott and for your child to do their math and English assessments. These help us see where your child’s needs are so we can best support them academically.

Step 3

Submit Enrollment Request Form

We consider each child’s unique, God-given talents and their ability to thrive within our community when making admissions decisions. Because we seek to provide a focused learning environment, enrollment is also based on the space we have available.

If our classes are currently full, your student will be placed on a waitlist. We will reach out to you if a place opens up, trusting in the Lord’s perfect timing for your child’s education.

To help us be good stewards of our resources, we do require a $200 enrollment fee. These funds allow us to maintain student records, provide basic supplies, and care for the facilities the Lord has provided for our use.
